Can I return an order?
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the products he has purchased or if he has changed his mind, he can return them and obtain a refund after receiving them. The right of return must be exercised no later than 14 days from the day the delivery took place, at the address Mattia Mazza srl - Via G. Marconi 70, 80059 - Torre del Greco (NA).
The costs for returning the goods are borne by the Buyer, as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.
The right of withdrawal lapses if the products are returned damaged (for reasons other than transport), incomplete, with the primary or secondary packaging damaged or if the packages are open or used even partially.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is not applicable and the Purchaser has not organized a shipment at his expense for the collection of the goods returned to the Supplier, the latter may retain the returned products, in addition to all sums already paid by the Buyer for the relative purchase.
The Supplier will eliminate any benefit connected to the purchase and possibly assigned to the Purchaser as a consequence of the order placed and subsequently returned (eg discount vouchers, points).
What is the shipping policy?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification email with your tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in case of return.
Which courier do you use?
We use GLS for all orders in Italy. The preparation of the shipment can take between 24/48 working hours. Since you will receive confirmation of shipment, the shipper may need from 2 to 3 working days to deliver the order.
Eff! My package has been lost, stolen or damaged!
Oh no! Please make a complaint with the carrier first, then contact us by letting us know your order number and your specific complaint number. Once received, we will work together to find the best resolution.
